Have your say on intellectual property in non-EU countries
The European Commission’ s trade department has launched this consultation, to gather information from companies who are doing business in non-EU countries, about the intellectual property (IP) protection and enforcement there.
The objective of this consultation is to identify those non-EU countries where intellectual property rights (IPR) protection and enforcement is a high concern, and to update the list of the priority countries where it will act to try and help them improve their IPR systems.
