PUBLIC CONSULTATION ON PROPOSED PUBLIC SPACE PROTECTION ORDER (Anti-social Behaviour - Ilkley Riverside)
The Council is considering introducing a ‘Public Spaces Protection Order’ (PSPO) for the Ilkley Riverside area. The Order is being considered to address identified issues of anti-social behaviour (see proposed Order and boundary of the PSPO area).
A PSPO lasts for a maximum of three years but can be renewed if necessary. Failure to comply with a PSPO can result in a Fixed Penalty Notice or a maximum Fine of £1000.
The Council wants your views and feedback please on the proposed PSPO before it considers whether or not to proceed with authorising the ‘Order’.
